OBSERVATION GUIDELINES
• Observations are developmental, not judgmental
• Observe for 20-30 minutes maximum
• Focus on the agreed area of development
• Use the school observation pro forma
• Debrief within 48 hours of the observation
• Complete written feedback within one week
