INTERVENTION CODES
1 = Verbal warning and parent phone call
2 = Formal letter to parents
3 = Meeting with parents and student
4 = Attendance contract signed
5 = Referral to education welfare officer

REVIEW SCHEDULE
This register is reviewed fortnightly by the attendance team. Students are removed from the register when their attendance improves above the threshold for 4 consecutive weeks.
