How to Use This Template
Fill Academic Year and Term Name, then enter Term Start Date and Term End Date for each term, followed by Holiday Name with Holiday Start and Holiday End for every break. Add Exam Window Start and Exam Window End so families can plan around assessment weeks, and list Professional Development Days when school is closed to pupils.
Write the Letter Greeting and Letter Closing around the dates table, add a one-line Exam Window Note and PD Days Note, then sign off with Principal Name. Send it with the first newsletter of the year and publish the same dates on your website.
