Enter Academic Year and Office Phone, then list Important Dates for Parents in date order — first day, half-terms, parents' evenings, INSET days, last day. Use No School Days (PD Days) as a separate block so childcare can be arranged early.
Complete Parent-Teacher Meeting Dates with booking opening times. Print A5 or A4 for backpacks and fridge doors, include the same dates in your newsletter, and refresh the handout the moment a date changes so families are never working from a stale copy.
When to Use This Template

Set the term start and end dates once, list the holidays and in-service days, and circulate the calendar to parents before the year begins.
