How to Use This Template

Set Event Date and Event Time, then work through Equipment Checklist the afternoon before: laptop, projector, clicker, spare HDMI, extension lead, sign-in sheets, name cards.

Complete Setup Complete By with the technician's name and time, and document Backup Plan — printed reports if the screen fails, a spare room if a projector dies. Tick Final Check thirty minutes before doors open; a smooth evening starts with everything powered on and tested before the first parent arrives.
