How to Use This Template
Enter Response Rate and Total Responses before interpreting anything — a low response rate changes how confidently you can quote Overall Satisfaction %. Record Year-over-Year Change against last cycle, then list Top Strengths (one per line) exactly as parents worded them.
Use Top Improvement Areas (one per line) for the two or three themes that recur, and fill YOU SAID, WE DID with actions already taken so the survey loop visibly closes. Set Survey Deadline and Survey Footer Note, then present the summary at the next governors' meeting with the full dataset as an appendix.
